The Monteferro is a stern freezer trawler measuring 63.7 meters in length and 12 meters in beam, built by Astilleros Nodosa for the Rampesca Group. Specifically designed for cephalopod fishing in southern seas, it combines operational efficiency with highly specialized technical equipment.
At GekkotaShips, we carried out a full 3D scan of the vessel, creating a digital twin that covers more than 2,700 m². This model is intended for professional internal use, allowing Rampesca’s technical team to access an interactive virtual environment for vessel management, maintenance, and documentation.
